Chapter 21
‘Today was the day, it’s will finally happen. Everything I have been dreaming of will come true in a few minutes.’ You Jack and your father walked into the dark room that the doctor lead you to. He had prepared everything for you. The circle was drawn the spots were set the candles lite, and music that gave off an eerie feeling.
“Ok (y/n) go stand in the middle of the circle. The rest of us will stand around. No one must break the circle; if you do the hole will begin to close.” The doctor announced. He looked around as everyone nodded in his direction. “Ok let’s get this show on the road.” He smiled as he pulled out an old book. Opening it to a certain page he began to chant. It was an odd language that he had never heard before. You looked around as the lights began to flicker and the wind started to stir in the closed off area. Then suddenly a light appeared in front of you. The doctor then stopped what he was doing to talk to you. “The demon we are looking for is in the shape of a bird all other should be considered dangerous!” The light then got large creating a hole that lead the way into the other world. A small ball of light then rushed into the room lighting up the darkness. It transformed into small, colorful, bird. It flew to you standing in the middle and began to speak.
“Is it you child that summons me?” You nodded not knowing what to say. The voice had startled you it did not sound normal. It sounded like 10 voice all talking at once. “What is it that you wish?” You turned to look at the doctor to only get a nod in return.
“T-to be a wi-nd demon.” The bird stared at you for a moment before nodded in agreement. But before she could do anything two more balls of light rushed in running ramped all over the place. Knocking over candles and old books off the shelf. “Doctor!” You yelled not knowing what was going on.
“They are spirits from the other side! They should not be here!” You watched as they flew around bumping into each other. Then one changed direction heading straight to you. You stood still, still trying to comprehend what is happening.
“(y/n!) Jack yelled out taking a step in the circle.
“No!” The doctor yelled. “If the hole closes now all three spirits will be stuck here!” Jack stepped back again. Luckily the other ball of light had knocked it out of the way. The things batted around for a few more minutes till they stopped in either side of you. One transformed into a large mutated creature. You were not exactly sure what you were looking at and when you turned around the other ball transformed into….
